Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a smoother yoga flow that requires more control over your breathing. This flow helps maintain strong bones, muscles, a healthy posture, and a steady metabolism. In this class, students will coordinate movement, breath, and flow.

Gentle Yoga

This class combines hatha style of yoga with beginner level movements.  Perfect for the beginner yogi or someone just wanting to take their practice a little slower!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is more of a relaxed, laid back style of yoga. It is based around slowing down and focusing on a few major stretches throughout the course of the class. By focusing on these long, meditative stretches, your body will relax, be relieved from stresses, and become more still and patient.

Yoga Fit 

Our yoga fit class combines pilates, traditional yoga postures with weights!  Functional movements to get your heart rate up, and strength movements to build muscle tone.
